CUSTOMER CENTRIC POLICIES
QAP – Quality Assurance Plan
With an international approach to each Project – at KEAN Construction we assign a QAP model for each Project during Quote submission.
The QAP model assures calibration/testing checks and proper inspection of all Components of Construction in all stages namely –
pre-construction, during construction and post-construction handover. The model is followed, irrespective of the nature of the project
– RCC, structural, residential, commercial.
TPQA – Third Party Quality Audit
Although TPQA is externally arranged by Client or Developer through Indian Project Management Consultancy or Foreign Quality
Audit Consultants, but at KEAN – our approach is to provide the same inhouse. The objective is to assess our works and give a substantial
Technical MIS monthly reports, thereby providing quality assurance to the Client. A methodology is prepared for the same in coordination
with the Client Management Team and the team at KEAN before the work commences.
On Site Logistical Support to our Clients
We also take care of On-Site Logistical movements so us to enable a seamless and timely construction.
HSE – Health, Safety & Environmental Policy
The LEED standard of Safety regulation, a Comprehensive Safety and Fire Policy, Construction Projects are just a glimpse of
our approach to HSE standards at KEAN. Basic PPE, work Methodology submission, Risk assessment of each Construction
Component/activity are followed on each Project with no exceptions.
